INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana Fever made history on Wednesday night, as guard Aaliyah Boston recorded the first triple-double in franchise history in a 90-77 victory over the New York Liberty.
Boston finished with 11 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists, becoming the first Fever player to achieve the feat. She also added three steals and two blocks.
The Fever led by just four points at halftime, but they pulled away in the third quarter, outscoring the Liberty 27-15. Boston had eight points, five rebounds, and four assists in the quarter.
The Fever improved to 4-3 with the win, while the Liberty fell to 1-5.
