Amanda Holden sings on Britain's Got Talent
Long-standing judge takes to the stage
Guests on the show include Paddy and Nic
Amanda Holden has sung on Britain's Got Talent for the first time. The judge, who has been on the show since it began in 2007, performed a rendition of "Over the Rainbow" during the show's semi-final on Saturday night.
Holden's performance was met with a standing ovation from the audience and the judges. Simon Cowell said that it was "the best thing" he had ever seen on the show, while David Walliams said that it was "absolutely beautiful."
Holden's performance comes after she was praised for her Golden Buzzer choices this season. She has sent three acts through to the final, including comedian Lost Voice Guy, singer-songwriter Calum Scott, and dance group Five Star Boys.
Britain's Got Talent continues on ITV on Saturday nights.
